When You Get Paid
The commission week runs from Monday 12:00am CST to Sunday 11:59pm CST.
These commissions are paid the following Friday. Commissions usually appear in your e-Wallet in the afternoon.
For example, the pay week starts on the 3rd and ends on the 9th. Commissions for that week will be paid on the 14th.
Checking Your Commissions
You can see a breakdown of your commissions on the Commissions page. You may see 2 different deposits, one will be WBB for Weekly Bucket Bonus and the other the description will be blank. This is your First Order Bonus.
Where to find your commissions
- Login to the Ncrease back office - https://cloud.ncrease.com/
- Click Finances in the navigation bar
- Click E Wallet
You can also see a breakdown of all your First Order Bonus commissions. The list displays what commission you earned from each person in your personal enrollment team.

- Click Finances in the navigation bar
- Click Commissions
- Under Weekly Commission, choose the latest date
- You will see "First Order Bonus" and the amount you earned
- Click First Order Bonus
- Here you will see the breakdown
*FYI, the Monthly Commissions column does not work. They are still working on it.
